Default West Ham on the Sunday?

Millwall are at home to Barnsley in the league the same afternoon.

They dont allow these two at home the same day if i'm right.

So who takes precedent? Or is it in the hands of "The Law?"

I hope its us on the Saturday as we have all booked rooms for Friday and Saturday at a great price...gone up over 40% since....

I think they can play on the same day, probably not at the same time is all.

I've already booked my train tickets down, but being ESPN's Monday night fixture would be the only eventuality that could truly scupper my plans.

As WHU are away at Blackpool on the following Tuesday I cannot see them moving it to the Sunday.
They play a League Cup semi final on the previous Wednesday so I reckon we will see a very weak team put out on the Saturday.
Do I care? Naaaah. U Reds!

I think it's an issue in terms of local rivals (plus Forest) trying to knock lumps out of each other all over the East End...

Anyway, the Vicar has given a reason why it shouldnt be moved to the Sunday...so i reckon they will move the Millwall game...

It's not an issue, last Saturday Millwall played Birmingham at 1pm, and West Ham played Barnsley at 3pm.

Why would any sane person book tickets or hotel rooms before the dates arranged? TV will dictate the day. I`m guessing it`ll be the Monday night.

Southampton and Manure is the only TV game announced so far. They have taken the 5.15 slot on the Saturday but according to the FA website there are four more to be announced.

Presumably these are Saturday lunchtime, Sunday lunchtime, Sunday evening and Monday night. Doesn't say when these are to be announced.

29th is 4th Round weekend. League can fuck off. Cup takes precedence.

Which means exactly the opposite will happen...

    "This statement is false."

Just watching West Ham on BBC2 right now. Got confused as to which was the Carling Cup and which was Linekar.

A bit dangerous booking hotels/train tickets before time & day been confirmed - it could be saturday lunchtime or shafted to the monday evening slot.

This must be a different west ham I am watching on TV to that which plays in the league: they look OK. Or maybe brumingham are making them look good.

I think it's a bit of both. Wet Sham look ok, but Birmingham have not been that good either.

This is a very entertaining game IMO. Each team is taking turns at trying to be the shittest. Very amusing.

Nothing there that we should be scared of. Carlton Cole's steaming head is great though.
