    Default Thanks Reidy

    Very Nice Of Him

When I saw the headline I thought he wanted to come back...

Well he does, but not like that...

What's wrong with what he says there? Got plenty of good to say about Forest as always, obviously he doesn't want to come back as a player, not at the moment anyway, why would he?

Forest were relegated in 1999 and endured three seasons in League One as one of the biggest clubs to have competed at that level for many years.
Well it felt that long but....

    What a legend.

I dream of seeing him again in the gari. All things considered he's second only to Psycho as the best Forest player of my 20 odd years as a fan. Of course that's just a personal opinion, but it's also right!

I'm not happy that he mentions Forest and Leicester in the same breath when talking about 'big clubs' falling down the leagues.

Surely he could have used Leeds instead of Leicester...

I loved Reidy. I remeber he did an Interview last year about Forest and he was disappointed that we was in league one, It's nice to see a ex-forest player showing he still loves his roots.

I'm sure he'll be welcomed back in open arms. I did read why he left somewhere, because of Megson if I remember correctly.

He left because he was too good for League 1 (where we were heading) and the £4M was too good to turn down.

Exactly, it is the current players who receive most of the booing.

Great to see an old player speak highly of the club. I'd love to see him back at the club one day. I'll certainly be giving him a good reception when he comes back this summer with Sunderland.

I'd really like Marlon to return to the City Ground, I always loved him. Harewood that is, I always thought King was a cheating, theiving, dirty scummer.

He came back with West Ham remember. If i remember correctly, he scored, but didnt celebrate as a mark of respect.

We'll boo, no doubt, but who boo's players who arent a threat? Players that wont make a difference?

Ive aways liked reidy, probably always will. Maybe get a light cheer before and maybe after the game but I think he will still get boo'd, just like most ex-players get....

It was the game after Cloughie died ... Marlon King by contrast scored a stunning goal and kissed the badge.
