My OH has never seen IN9 so we're working our way through them all from series 1 on iPlayer. Half way through S3 at the moment.
She doesn't like scary stuff. Flatly refuses to watch anything that could be described as a horror film - no matter how mild. One or two episodes have had her hiding her eyes!

They're all brilliant though. Looking forward to getting to the new series, keep hearing very good reports.

Late to the party, but over the last few weeks we've watched both series of Fleabag.

Absolutely brilliantly written and acted. Very funny and emotional in equal measure.

And last night's tribute to Colin McRae and hit world title winning Impreza on Top Gear was fantastic.

    Well.

If you don’t get yourself jumping up and down and punching the air after today’s episode of Star Trek: Picard, and it’s particular guest-stars, then you’re not a proper nerd.

    It was frankly magnificent.

Finally got Lexx season 4 on DVD last week after buying the first three in 2002. So, over the past few nights, started watching from the beginning. Just got to the end of the 4th movie in the pilot series.

    Yo Hey Ho.

Got more control over the tv remote these days thanks to the slowly diminishing soaps. So getting to watch some dvds that I've had for years but not got around to watching.

I don't like binge watching just one series. So most nights, I watch one episode of each of the following,

    The Young Ones
    The Two Ronnies
    Alias
    Lexx

usually in that order. And for when I've got to the end of those, I have the following lined up,

    The Comic Strip Presents
    Are You Being Served
Buffy or Dark Angel (haven't decided yet)
    The Hunger

Watched the first series of the Windsors on C4 Iplayer.
First series very funny; I got bored after 3 episodes of series 3 - just got repetitive and boring.

If anyone has Amazon Prime and likes SciFi The Expanse is worth trying. It starts slowly but I was hooked by the third episode of the first series. There are four series on there so should help you through the lockdown.

    The Nest (BBC1)
Despite finding it difficult to follow the dialogue at times, I am finding this an excellent series.
Lots to think about and highly absorbing.

I've just finished watching the three series of Dark Matter on Amazon. It starts a little slow as the characters get to know each other again. It opens with them waking up on a spaceship having no memories of the past or who they are. They develop new characters quite different to their old ones which you discover as the shows progress.

The biggest question I have to ask about this show is why did the Syfy channel axe it after 3 seasons, just as it was about to get even more interesting? That said It is well worth watching if you have Amazon Prime and want to pass some time. There are something like 39 episodes of around 45 minutes.

Ozarks on Neflix, has gripped me, a little slow start but compelling now.

Oh and I watched the second series of Sunderland FC on Friday which I enjoyed. I know we've had some downers but god they're going through it.

I have one episode left of STID, you can see the frustration when that lad upped and went to Bordeaux, but his replacement, 3 million fucking hell.

    Has anyone watched Unorthodox?

Has anyone watched Unorthodox and believe LJR lives like that?

'Intelligence without ambition is a bird without wings' - Salvador Dali 1904-1989

I think 'odd' is a good thing. Oddness shows originality, uniqueness and a desire to be different from the masses. Oddness is, maybe, only deemed 'odd' by the majority who are considered less odd but only by their own blinkered observations and understanding. Oddness should never be criticised but be encouraged to nurture, develop individualism and to explore the mind rather than conform to expectation and 'normality'. Many of the world's greatest works of art and prose were born from those minds many considered to be 'odd'.

I went and fetched all my DVDs from my house last week when I took my mum's shopping, so got lots of physical box sets to go at; Black Adder, Green Wing, Father Ted, Mighty Boosh and more... then last night my daughter donated one of her Netflix logins, so along with iplayer and all4 and Amazon I've got more telly than I could ever hope to see...except the sun never stops shining so I'm spending all my at home time in the back garden!

Yeah in the 4 weeks of lockdown I’ve managed to watch the new season of Ozark, and a few films with the kids. I thought I’d be rattling through new series, not watching anything. I have just got a Golf Game on my lads X box and I used to love those, so might mean even less TV

    Oh FFS.

I missed your post higher up, apologies. I’ve really enjoyed it. When it was first out I watched odds and ends of the first couple of seasons but really enjoying it watching it properly. I’m at the point where Christopher has just gone to rehab. I’m enjoying the humour in parts. His intervention was fucking hilarious!!

I completely missed the Sopranos first time around. Didn't even realise it was on Amazon prime until II checked just now. I'll have to get around to watching it.

„ZZ Top: That lil ol‘ band from Texas“, is on Netflix, and it’s absolutely brilliant.
