May I therefore suggest we replace the 'wavey' Trent with a needle and a choo choo.
Don't think the needle is needed... it kinda works with tracks

Nottingham is associated wherever you go with the River Trent hence the water and Forest is represented by the tree. It's simplistic, it's commercially viable and it's ours - be proud of it!

    how dare you.

Current badge is pretty good but the previous one was fab. We weren't allowed to use biros at school and it was a bitch to draw with a fountain pen, looked good when you'd finished it though.

ah, that's what the lines are supposed to be is it, never knew. Always thought it was just the ground under the tree or something. Oh well, least i learnt something.

i do agree though it is instantly recognisable as Forest.

fortunately , if the move to eastside happened its close enough to the trent to keep the badge the way it is.

i dont care what the badge means about water or trees, it looks good, and people recognise it, if we move to a stadium next to a multi story parking facility they're not going to change it to facilitate that are they? mugs.

The three best club badges in English football are ours, Sheffield Wednesday's and, I hate to say it but it has to be said, D*rby's.

All done in a similar style; a simple, yet instantly recognisable outline. We should be proud of our badge and treasure it for a long time. I hope they never try to alter it and ruin it, like Liverpool have with theirs.

    Please, be more environmental unfriendlly!

That poor tree got chopped down dragged away from its home and family relatives then thumped into a dark tiny burning cage and at the end its ashes got pooped out via a machine's colon all n all speaking, that tree got ditched and ravaged harder than Britney's twat.

...... that's Nottingham Forest, kindergarden group, where all the challenged people formed together and worship their future captain, Tyson.

BTW, that "R" is the most ingenious part of the crest that concentrated every special aspect about the club, don't even think about to question its existence.
